Returns:
- Customers have a 30-day window, starting from the delivery date, to return products.
- Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection.
- Once the inspection is complete, we will contact you to update you about the status of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. The duration for the credit to appear will depend on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will not be included.
