Thank you for choosing i-box. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased, we're committed to making things right.


  • Customers have a 30-day window, starting from the delivery date, to return products.
  • Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.

Refund Process:

  1. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection.
  2. Once the inspection is complete, we will contact you to update you about the status of your refund request.
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. The duration for the credit to appear will depend on your card issuer's policies.


  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will not be included.
